They will try to get you to switch within the 6 months. And make some reason to lower your pay. Went from 21.95 to 18.75 . They leave you alone to care of multiple detainees that some locations should have two people, and a physician. Not just a support. Limit your abilities to what your scope of practice can be. There are those few EMT’s that will have your back but others, you cannot trust them. Will make nothing into something and will try to have you look bad. Possibly even physicians Their EMR program will have glitches and make your report incomplete, but you will be the one responsible for it. And later reprimanded. Overall main management higher than the supervisors are shady people. Do not trust a word the recruiters say, or what they say. Read your contract and print it!! They will screw you if they can. You are expendable to them and they wont care. Shady disloyal group.
