Used to be if you had a family and wanted to work part time- the opportunity to adjust your schedule to your needs was there

Minpunten

So much outsourcing of the internal operations from reservations- to check in- to post travel issues that the company has lost sight of the idea of Customer Service. Excellent Customer Service does not come without a cost. Also the way standard employees are treated is very different from management from salaries to perks. Great perks if you are an Ex-pat at the expense of the local employees. Threat of your position being outsourced to another country/company is always hanging over your head unless you are management.
