Active ownership with open door policy. Products are demonstratively the best in class.

Lumencor is quick paced and change is continual. If you are uncomfortable with the sorts of things company growth demands, this is not a place you will be happy. Lot's of PhD's in management who are driven by data. You must support your role with tangible facts and cogent arguments.
