New employees are added for no reason. They keep talking of getting new clients but never got any big clients or deals implemented successfully . Work culture is horrible, Also top management not cared about employees. so far company is funded by Venture Capital firm, be ready to get fired when they stop funding.

I am proud to be a member of the Lumeris family, a mission focused company deploying technology to reduce friction for patients and health care providers through more thoughtful care navigation, healthcare gap closure and chronic disease management. The solution is premised on the fact that health happens between healthcare points of contact and that meeting patients more real-time using technology allows for more predictive, proactive, preventive and personalized care. The experience with Lumeris in my short time here has been amazing. I cannot say enough great things about my interview and recruitment process. While the interviewers sought to learn about me and my ability to impact and fit into the culture, the transparency of the leaders that interviewed me is unmatched with any previous interview experience. The time, energy, access and attention they gave me made my decision to join a slam dunk. The connection and communication with the People and Culture team was fantastic - I was kept informed throughout the whole process about what to expect and at decision time negotiations were thoughtful, respectful and solution oriented. My onboarding was efficient and effective allowing me to understand organizational history, structure and rationale for product and market decisions - the North Star of better patient outcomes was evident in the energy and acumen of the onboarding team. Top-heavy with C-suite executives. Frequent lay-offs (there have been multiple waves of lay-offs just this year). Lack of clear direction. Word salad from leadership. Lack of internal upward mobility.
