Thank you very much for this valuable feedback. You’re absolutely right that our rapid growth has presented some challenges. Because we more than doubled our number of staff during the pandemic, space is an issue at several of our locations and we’ve been looking into options to improve that.
You also make a good point about the need for more management training. We recognize this is another growth-related issue, and one of our priorities for this quarter is to develop management training and development programs. We are also working to improve connections between divisions by establishing communications leads for each department, which will be in place by the end of this month.
While it’s good to hear some of our recent initiatives are addressing the challenges you’ve identified, we encourage you to reach out directly to HR to discuss in more detail to help us improve further. As you said, we do strive to be a great employer, and constructive feedback like this helps get us closer to that goal. Thank you again.
