Pleasant work environment, good work and life balance, professional colleagues, good salary and benefits. Being in a constant transition mode, there's always something new and challenging to work on. The new senior management in 2025 started to push for more modern and efficient ways of working.
Minpunten
Top-down approach. Almost no salary increases. It might be hard to find a sense of belonging. Every 2 years new management comes in and does the reorganisation. Long time-to-market for any new change, and old school release management, though that's about to be improved.
