Dissappointing - werkgeversreview Associate bij Luno

Due to a recent backlog and having less support staff than we had last year (due to retrenchments) I feel that our workforce team has started to micro manage us and put so much pressure on staff to achieve CPH while still expecting staff to ensure prompt investigations before responding to customers. We are servicing more customers than we did last year but with fewer staff. Shifts are being changed without ample notice. This is not a great experience for staff as we are going into festive seasons and plans were already made according to the current shifts that we're on.
