-Feedback culture didn’t exist, the management team never listened. -The business plans were disaster. -Micromanagement -Hierarchy between colleagues -Friendly company culture was a good idea until it became hypocrisy. -poor organised -no HR team to support and what they do to staff violate legal work law in Hong Kong

Unhygienic, stressful, money hungry, fear monger. Unprofessional managers both as an employee and customer. Never experienced such low life conditions, manager brought in animal multiple times in store, and made staff clean its pee. Customers were floored, inexcusable and HR is unresponsive. The bathroom is disgusting, and inaccessible. I cannot imagine any one with a physical disability being able to use the restroom. It was so difficult to suck in your stomach, then trip on box after box. They BLOCK the fridge and made us put our food in our tiny lockers. Manager is too comfortable with the amount of time spent within the company to ever fear facing any consequences or repercussions. Even fired staff in the past for contacting HR for help.
