Pluspunten

Hiring process, a lot of cool corporate stuff that you only get working at a big company. For example, I have been relocated from Russia during the war with Ukraine, which must have been rather costly for the company

Minpunten

Although, salaries here depend on the project, mine is lower than what I'd like to have having moved to another country, where a lot of stuff is more expensive than what I'm used to

Pluspunten

- Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

Minpunten

- Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
