Minpunten
Toxic management. Everything is focused on results, regardless of burnout. Industry-wide layoffs, and layoffs within the company as well. Reduced spending on employees: no corporate events, loyalty programs, team buildings, etc. At some point, employees were relocated from Russia just to transfer knowledge to local teams who are cheaper. Sooner or later, the parent company will take over everything — whether your position will remain is uncertain.
