Dedicated employees who care about what they are doing. Good safety culture. Pay can be good if you are willing to go out of your way to make your boss look good or make the company more money.
Minpunten
Management treats employees like crap. My way or the highway attitude with management, from the CEO down. Management by fear leads to managers being bullies. Employee input not valued and not wanted. It is all about meeting or beating the numbers, regardless of whether the data is real or not. All of this leads to poor morale. Work-life balance is not good.
