LYB as a company, has a lot of potential. Lot of opportunities to learn and contribute. Very good initiatives like, DEI, Care Day, Safety day etc. World leader in polymer technologies and now very active in sustainability projects. Bold company with a series of great Leaders.
Minpunten
Globally LYB may be a great company, but when it comes to the Indian office, it stinks with the age old staunch illogical favoritism, narrowmindedness, and lacks trust. I would still work for LYB but not in India. It is equal to Reliance in all the trouble points except the pay, which sometimes loses its charm because of the insult that we care facing.
