Pay is life-changing once you start working OT.

Minpunten

Culture in some plants and units are horrible. Chalk talks can be intimidating, especially if your supervisor does not like you. Management, especially at corporate level, are not really for the people. They are clique-ish and seeks to have you terminated.

Great experience and well known chemical manufacturing, minimal layoff since org continuously runs lean, in office environment with heavy commute for most

Lower pay offering versus their competitors in chemical commodities or O&G, long hours expected for salary employees, extremely lean organization
