You get paid to work here. Product was good.

Minpunten

Zero trust from management. They have no clue how to manage unless unless it's micro-manage. No real leadership. Strategy changes with the wind. Hire, fire, repeat. Toxic. Management is driving it into the ground.

Easy to get wrapped in work I cared about so it blurred lines between work and personal. They are wonderful about self care though.

* Good benefits. 401K, health (including HSA eligible plans), dental, and untracked PTO (~2 wks suggested). * Good coworkers. Everyone was friendly and willing to work together to get things done. Back when we were in the office the CEO would come around occasionally just to check in with everyone. * Relaxed management style. None of the managers were the type to micro manage people, they would give any support needed, but wouldn't hover or bother you if you didn't need/ask for it.

Minpunten

* Volatile market. It's a startup so it is easily affected by market downturns. It's also in marketing, which is particularly sensitive to market fluctuations.
