It's a great place to work. You can tell that the company wants to have and maintain a good company culture. They celebrate the big moments in your life with you. Frequently catered lunches or office lunch breaks together at a local restaurant. Very good culture. Great work/life balance

Minpunten

The pay is not competitive. Seems like if they like you then they will pay you what you'd like to make; if not, then take what they offer or leave. Also, they seem to be slow to replace staff that leaves. So, you're expected to pick up the slack.

Thanks for recognizing our efforts to create and maintain a great culture. We do believe that work life balance and culture are critical differentiators for us and appreciate it when former employees value it. We do have defined salary ranges that are competitive with market and we pay by the position and skill set required, later giving increases based on performance.
