Openness to ideas and bringing in new technology sets allows a constant growth of employees. 5. Engaged managers that focus not only on the goals that need to be achieved, but also the personal growth of their direct reports. 6. Crazy generous benefits from health, 401k matching, and the stadium box is pretty awesome!

Minpunten

1. Growing pains of a fast growing company and industry leader. They figure it out eventually, but sometimes have to get through a tough assignment with extended hours to create a lesson learned so it doesn't happen again in the future.
