Thanks for this positive review! I'm glad you recognize our efforts and also feel welcome. It is true that we have a culture we want to build and perpetuate, and we do take employee input through surveys and conversations which influence decisions but the leadership does have a vision they want to realize and our hope is that the entire company will support it.
