Getting to know the apartment industry; learning software such as MRI; and getting one's foot into the door of retail in general.

Minpunten

Promotion is highly based on seniority; the hiring within the company by area managers is based on favoritism; not everyone gets a fair interview/chance; Mid-America fails to recognize many good employees based on work ethic because it puts too much emphasis on how long he/she has worked there.
