It's exciting to be part of an innovative startup company. It's a very small team, with a family vibe to it, and as a result, there is a deep feeling of respect and caring between the team members. It feels like being part of an awesome family. Since we are a global company with team members from many different countries, we are accustomed to working virtually. The impact of COVID 19 was minimal on our team in that respect and the move to working completely virtual has been smooth. It's fun to meet and interact with our supporters and get to know a myriad of different people from all walks of life. In short, it's a fun job and a joy to work with the other team members of MAGFAST! It's a company that inspires loyalty and dedication.

This is a crowdfunded project. The uncertainty that comes with that creates a bit of stress, particularly in customer service. Dealing with customers can sometimes be a thankless job, people can be exceptionally abusive and rude. Thankfully that is only a small percentage of the people we interact with.

I love working with this team and our efficient all-in daily meetings, every morning. From the beginning, MAGFAST was founded on doing what's right for customers, the planet, and fellow entrepreneurs. A skilled and savvy tiny group pulled together from all over in multiple time zones, who are enthusiastic and determined to make the best products that people love to own. The team is inventive, creative, and upbeat. MAGFAST truly cares for every customer, a philosophy that began with the founder and is fostered throughout the company, and extends not only to customers but to suppliers and partner companies as well.

Growing pains are common with any startup and we've certainly had our share; when the going gets tough, dedicated long-term thinkers find a way to make it through where others might give up. Time zone differences can sometimes be a challenge but I've learned to be an "early riser" to compensate, and others are "on-call" 24/7 for emergency tech issues. We all work together to make it work.
