Instability. Layoffs were common, especially before the holidays. Those who were let go said they were blindsided one day. Others were forced to sign an updated handbook that took away benefits or resign.

I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

Minpunten

The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
