      Good Benifits Great workforce at the hourly level Nice facility,MAHLE is not afraid to spend money to keep the plant in good shape.

      Minpunten

      Senior managment is not trustworthy Communication is very poor thruout the facility Lots of seniority thru out the ranks, which makes for a "good ole boy club"

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Minpunten

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
