Work like an animal. In fact, work like a machine because that's what they expect from you. If you have a degree, use it to work for a company that will pay your salary for what you are worth. If you want $17 per hour, go stock shelves somewhere, sweep floors, flip burgers, or serve coffee. Save yourself from being beaten into the ground with unrealistic expectations MAPFRE throws at you.
