      you won't get fired, and if you can play the game well, by virtue of staying, you get promoted.

      Minpunten

      won't make it big unless u r in senior management. but if no one gets fired, the people who end up staying really are the bottom of the bunch.

      Pluspunten

      Management doesn't bother you it is very relaxed. The work hours are 8 to 430 which is nice too.

      Minpunten

      The office environment is all drama and back stabbing and full of tension. Mgmt needs to take notice of this and see what is going on.
