      Flexible work hours when not on site at a factory, leadership in the company is very accessible, and there are many opportunities for relocation

      Minpunten

      Not always given much notice before having to travel for extended periods of time, don’t have as much work flexibility on project sites, and there is not much organized training before starting to work on projects

      Great at recruiting and placement. Keep in touch throughout assignment. Transparent. Generous pay. Decent benefit package.

      Minpunten

      Smaller company, though they seem to know what they're doing and have some large clients. Kind of lost touch after assignment ended. They could be better at lining up new assignments for current/past contractors.
