Absolutely none. Every employee is broke and everybody barely gets by on the commission based fake salary

Minpunten

The owner, Mike Figeroa "Fig" is a scum bag. I was given a check for under $300. I worked 50 hour weeks and he paid me less than minimum wage! He also brainwashes his employees with lies on top of lies every morning.

The people, environment and the atmosphere are amazing at MBA Direct. I can honestly say this is a job i truly enjoyed coming into the office everyday. Very inspirational.

Minpunten

There aren't any cons, if you work hard you can get anything you want at this company.

Since joining this company I have been extremely happy with the culture and the training I have received. During our morning meetings, we are able to take away valuable information on sales, leadership, and many other topics. The coaching I get one on one from the owners of the company is something I think stands out from other companies. They come out and do sales with different people at least three days a week to help us get better at our craft and to just get to know us.

Every job has its day and this one is no different, however there is no cons worth mentioning.
