Really good culture within the business. Lots of assistance regarding training and development.

Minpunten

Poor be if it’s package, most benefits they advertise are cheaper to do yourself (even after considering salary sacrifice tax benefits if applicable). These benefits are sold as part of recruitment but most of not all never use them. Pay is well below industry average, but is partly outweighed by the culture, flexibility and people investment.

Due to the nature of our products (Defence) it might sometimes be difficult or inappropriate sharing our day to day job achievements or successes outside the company.
