      MBX does challenging, engaging and interesting things. Solving problems for customers, always finding ways to optimize and help them grow. The CEO is a a brilliant, hard working leader that truly cares for his team. He takes care building the team and making sure you are surrounded by like minded individuals, ready to work hard and attack problems. The company culture is great, MBX works hard, and plays hard.

      Any rapidly growing company has challenges. MBX has some, but if you show up ready to work and fight fires when they arise, it's a great home.

      The company is innovative, flexible, lean, and quality focused which places it on the road to long term success. Everyone's input is valued no matter how small. The culture within the company breeds a get it done right attitude. There is no bureaucracy and no need to CYA because everyone is respectable of each other. The company treats their employees with great respect, and they also contribute to the community. As an employee, you will constantly be learning new things and there is enough variability that tasks won't become mundane and redundant.

      Minpunten

      Limited growth and advancement potential from certain positions. Some more internal competition would incentivise their employees to contribute more with their talents. It can be easy to get too comfortable in a position.
