1. I don’t see anything great with this company.

1. work life balance is 0 and they blow trumpet of high work balance. 2. no respect for Indians or outside Germany people. 3. Managers are arrogant & least supportive and always in a mood to demean & insult employees if they are not Germans. 4. No work from home options so completely not friendly for family person. 5. High level people are asking always to work like more than contracted hours of work. Saturday work.

Mbition is a great place to work. Home office, good team structure, competitive salary. Regular working hours, it never gets boring

I found no contradictions. I am satisfied, so far I have nothing to complain about. I cant think of any cons as of now.
