      Pluspunten

      Pay was good, hours and schedule were very flexible, working from home was great, higher ups were very close to all employees (small company) and no idea goes unconsidered. Very hands on and enthusiastic meetings, overall a great experience.

      Minpunten

      Higher ups are slightly inexperienced which causes frequent technology shifting and management shifting. New ambitions and projects crop up all the time and can cause confusion.

      It was very team-oriented and there was a lot of good comraderies and team assistance.

      Very low transparency, and no proper system for resolving employee conflict issues.

      Flexible work schedule Great Team Members Management is vocal and wonderful to work with and presents new opportunities all the time. Pedro, the CEO at the time of this review, is kind, passionate, and encouraging. James, the Founder of the company, truly cares about its wellbeing as well as those who work here. Dusty, the COO at the time of this review, is a joy to work with. Community Nights are an awesome opportunity to bond and meet your colleagues.

      Minpunten

      Work can bleed out of work time regularly due to time-zone differences between colleagues and the easy access to work communications. This is an issue with any online-based company.
