Strong growth and a large back-order of business. Stable industry and strong job security. If in one of the unions, very strong member pension plans (RRSP as well), and good benefits for all. (Union or non-union) Potential for growth Helping to build SPACE products is very cool

Minpunten

Some area's of the business have tight salary scales, but if you are passionate about SPACE, salary is secondary. Still good salaries for the industry. (Government contractor)
