Pluspunten
Much of the work done at MDA has been engaging and interesting. I have gained lots of knowledge, and worked on a fairly wide range of projects. The work life balance is pretty good, but busyness ebbs and flows depending on project timelines. Most employees get their own office room which is a nice perk. Offers hybrid work, with 2 days from home, and flexible hours with flex time. Provides the opportunity to travel for many different projects.
Minpunten
Pay is definitely below average, despite the company continuing to gaslight that it is not. We struggle to hire anyone higher than a junior due to the pay. Company also occasionally forces unpopular policies on the employees, such as a forced vacation week (out of our own bank), COVID vaccine mandates that cost us some valuable team members, and a pay period change resulting in missing a week of pay until leaving the company.
