My co-workers are always ready to jump in and assist if needed, the Tier 2 team is always available to answer questions and resolve any issues in a timely manner as well as the continual training make me feel like they are invested in my success and the success of the team. The pay is good and there are annual raises (you can request a review during the year also) and the Owners are always looking to expand our clientele ensuring the continuation of the company. The software is intuitive and easy to use, making the training shorter than the other 2 companies I worked for and my schedule works great for my lifestyle! The random free lunches, holiday team meals and free tickets to the Dust Devil’s games are among the other great perks working for MDToolbox!
