      You get friday off, they're ok adjusters

      Minpunten

      Manipulative, condescending, tyrants, no paid overtime even if you've worked it, mandatory weekend long unpaid seminars, verbal abuse, don't care if you're injured, fire you if you take an emergency message that someone kills themselves on a day where the clinic is closed but you're working voluntarily, money grubbing, oversell their patients, no benefits after working over a year even after you've enrolled, high turnover,

      Pluspunten

      Awesome raining period. When you're hired you are taken care of and shown what it takes to be successful at the position. Weekly hour long training webinars that are live and you really get a chance to speak with other people in your position across the country. Loved it!

      Minpunten

      For me it wasn't an issue, but you have to have great phone skills to call HR department and set appointments.

      Modern equipment, can learn a great deal if you don’t allow negativity to disrupt you. (Keep your head down and soak up as much knowledge as you can, this is a stepping stone, not permanent placement)

      Minpunten

      Patients and employees are NOT their top concern. They only see money and numbers. Good people, terrible employers. Make you feel like you owe them. Underpaid, understaffed, overworked, limited benefits, manipulative, “say all of the right things”.
