Minpunten
- Micromanagement (they make you download the Tarkie App that would track your location 24/7. You also need to take a picture of your location and the person you are meeting with to prove that you are indeed in a meeting. Also, the secretary calls the number you put in the meeting information to ask if you really dropped by the place.) - No career growth in sales. I have been working in the IT industry for quite some time now but this is the first time I felt my career was at a standstill. You won't get the necessary exposure that you need in order for you to be known in the industry. - TOO MUCH OFFICE POLITICS!!! I am aware that every company has office politics but MEC has too much of it. - No beneifts. Only basic salary, communication allowance, and minimal transportation allowance. 10 leaves for the whole year. -Low salary and no salary increases. No performance bonuses as well. - The HR is extremely toxic. During lockdown at the start of the pandemic, they still required us to go to the office even when there was no transportation means to go to the office since all of the people was required to stay at home. They laid off the people who didn't go to office the next day and almost all of the engineers were fired. - No trainings whatsoever. - Long working hours and no overtime pay
