It is a small company

Pretty good benefits all the medical has high deductibles. It’s free for the employee and affordable to add family. Salary is great. Decent engagement with corporate team. Most of the direction comes direct from the federal client. Fairly flexible and easy-going. Lots of newsletters and opportunities to connect with the broader team in person if you like that sort of thing.

Nothing really typical contracting challenges. The corporate team does try to engage client facing team members. But most of the connection is with the day-to-day client and team members that also support the client.
