Regarding compensation, we follow a process to ensure consistency across the organization. That includes twice yearly cycles, whereby employee’s eligibility is based on hire date/last increase and compensation level (higher compensated employees are eligible less frequently). We lay out annual budgets and work with managers and leaders to ensure the budget is distributed fairly. My experience at Merge has been very positive. The leadership team is consistently focused on the growth of both the team and its individual members (and clients). It's a very flexible environment with a strong emphasis on client service and supporting their unique goals.

No pros since we've had this new leadership team. So much potential, but going no where with all these new people who have no idea how to run a business.

I've seen a lot of change over the years, but this new executive leadership team is by far the worse MERGE has ever had. The leadership team has tripled in size over the past year, but we can't seem to win any new business and some of our current clients are leaving us as well. It's evident to our clients that we can't get our act together. In addition to that, MERGE has been quietly firing some really talented people. They've been replaced by people that don't know what they are doing. This has led to other staff members having to take on the additional responsibilities. New leaders have made it clear that they only deal with high level responsibilities and demand their staff to figure everything else out. Unfortunately, no one will question or ask for help anymore as getting fired will always be the outcome. Morale is at an all time low and it's no longer worth going into the office. They do not value their employees and it's blatant with all the benefits and perks they've cut back in the last few months.
