After replacing the former CEO, leadership has felt more performative than effective, with an excessive focus on optics and KPIs rather than real substance (5 Rolex and counting up). - The newly hired CTO has shown little meaningful leadership from an employee perspective, while staff morale has suffered under growing concerns about job security.
