Great company that provides their employees the tools they need to succeed.

Minpunten

A lot of overtime. Personally I found this as a pro..but it might be a lot for certain people.

The people you work with that's really about it. If you click with people it'll be an okay place however management is terrible and if you don't you'll quit balI p0d on the "delegate" policy they love to use.

Minpunten

Management is terrible and the "leadership" skills are a complete joke. Management uses bully style tactics to make you feel like the company has done you a favor by providing you a job and paying. They use this tactic to get you to work late and for free sometimes. They throw work at you that postions above you should be doing and state they are delegating so you can learn new skills however if a raise or money is brought up that extra work isn't put into account. You don't receive actual training but instead need to rely on your peers to help you learn and keep up even if they themselves are buried in work.
