Job assignment was good in the sense that all my co workers were good people to work with. Thats the only good thing i can say about MGR and this doesnt have to do with MGR in any sense. There a terrible agency one of the worst if not the worst in all of canada.

- You will get a text message every morning asking if your going to work that day or not. Ive never seen an agency ask you everyday if your going to work the morning of. Shift would start at 8am but at 7am they would text asking if im going to work or not. If you dont reply almost immediately they will threaten to fire you and replace woth someone else even if your driving amd heading to work already. They have no regard for not using phones while driving. - There will be no warning that the assignment is ending soon or anything of the sort. After working at an assignment for a month, I received a text message right after work on a Monday evening that the assignment is over and I can not return to work the next day. They did this to me 1 week before Christmas holidays. - Workplace has promised a gift card in the amount of $500 if everyone showed up on time for a month but right before I was to receive it, the assignment ended. I believe this is something the workplace did to take advantage of its employees so they can come to work everyday on time and right before they had to give the gift card, they ended the job assignment. Company is called Outerspace, a us-based company that operates in Canada illegally. - Piero was the recruiters name. He promised to find another job assignment but he doesnt reply to messages and once the agency has used you for there benefit they toss you to the side and move on. Highly unlikely they keep employees once the job assignment as they just ghpst you and pretend like you didnt work for them at all.
