MGS Machine is a great place to work! I enjoy the machines that we build and especially the team that makes it all happen. MGS has a fast-paced challenging work environment and each project is different. Management is very open about what is happening at the company and have processes to assess and correct if things look like they are getting off track. The hours at MGS are also a nice perk. Working half days on Friday is not a common practice for most companies. MGS really cares about its employees and work life balance. The company also recently added VTO (Volunteer Time Off) for each employee to use in order to volunteer in the community. The location is convenient and it is easy to grab lunch at multiple locations. All of the shops in Maple Grove are within a few miles.

The team is very dedicated to providing our customers with the machine they were promised in the timeframe that they were promised. Occasionally work happens after hours or on the weekend. This doesn't happen very often and is also a plus in my book. I want to surround myself with people that care that much about providing what they say they will!
