Fantastic work environment within the Plasma Science and Fusion Center. As a relatively junior engineer I was given a lot of responsibility while also receiving excellent mentorship. All of the people there are incredibly humble, helpful, and intelligent. I was able to absorb what felt like a decade of knowledge after only a few years, led major projects, and published as first author on multiple papers.
