CEO does not trust his supervisors often dictating new ideas directly without consulting his chain of command and will shift goalposts to avoid delivering contracted raises on whim. Sweeping SOP changes are levied impacting multiple departments without communication between teams. New ideas are often derived from niche forums and unrelated business models. The internal communication between departments is often needlessly hostile. A direct result of poor leadership, seeking blame instead of solutions.
