Many people left when prior CEO chipped away at benefits again and again. Parts of the company used layoffs to purge experience and expertise for $$ savings, which is against what the company advertises. It kept trainees and even hired new staff during layoffs. Critical positions (finance, security, contracts) are run by people with little to no experience. Hoping those who are left aren't caught with the hot potato...
