I wish I had something positive to say...maybe my first week was good but the rest was so bad it wiped out anything good about this place.

Poor communication, a lot of walking on eggshells, management verbally abusive and very vengeful to any employees who leave. Hands down the worst job experience ever and would not recommend for anyone. Had to fight for a 50 cent raise after working there 15 months! (Three months thru a temp agency & 12 months direct employee) Family emergency? Good luck. An employee lost their spouse and after four days the burial the owner says this is ridiculous they need to get back and expected one of us to call the employee and say get back to work. Reasoning? The person is dead nothing more you can do and their work isn't getting done. I have held a handful of jobs in my life and working on a farm, shoveling crap in 100 degree heat, as a teenager was better than this place.
