Poor company structure and leadership. Unpaid contractors who have yet to receive funds. They will sell clients on experienced account managers, only to switch their account manager to a less experienced one who makes a lower hourly rate after a few months - all while still charging the client the same rate. So many things about this company, don't put your family's stability on this.
High Turnover rate. False Promises. Beware of the "bro" culture - not professional. The good people have gotten out.
