While the whole organisation is well-intentioned, could benefit from a more mentoring and encouraging approach to help employees feel more supported and empowered. However, the efforts are being taken up by the founder himself. While customer reach is currently concentrated in select regions, there is clear potential for global expansion. Exploring more diverse roles and geographies could help unlock new avenues for growth and innovation.
