The people generally are great, a lot of the science is awesome.

Minpunten

Leadership is toxic. The environment is the most hostile I have ever experienced. Lots of quid pro quo.

The retirement plan has a 10% match which is unheard of! From day one everyone was helpful in assisting with learning the science side of the business. The science and administrative staff mess well together. They celebrate staff each month for both birthdays and anniversaries.

Minpunten

The scientific learning curve if on the administrative side can be a lot. Expectations aren't always clearly communicated.
