Working at Mogl has the potential to be something great because the people and the product are great. BUT the management team is AWFUL. The managers do nothing but waste time and power trip all day. They either ignore everyone or micromanage. Even though they pretend it does, development and training don't exist. They take quick breaks from their ping pong championships and online betting to scream at their employees and try and scare them into being more productive. Leading by example doesn't exist here. If we were following their example, nothing would ever get done except mass amounts of texting and crap talking. They talk badly about their employees right in front of them and make them feel stupid for asking relevant questions. OH, unless you are their friend, then you get special treatment and exceptions. If you want to work with good people, are motivated by fear, and can tolerate hypocritical loud mouthed managers then you'll have fun here.
