Pluspunten

Moo as a company offers great benefits including matching 401k and 25+ days off. Great work life balance as well. They hire based on culture fit which can bring in great people, but can also attract poor talent.

Minpunten

I can only speak to the Denver office. There were many amazing people who came and went during my time at Moo, but unfortunately they did not want to stay due to a few employees at the management level who allow for and feed in to the immature and unprofessional culture.

Supportive management and welcoming hiring team, The management and hiring team are incredibly friendly and approachable. They have a thoughtful and well-structured onboarding process that makes new hires feel welcomed and helps them get acquainted with the company quickly. It really sets a positive tone from day one.

I loved this job but their systems are breaking and things were falling through the cracks more than ever and I definitely felt it. I was let go and morale was honestly in the toilet for me. It made me realize I deserved better. - lovely people within my team and similar departments - hybrid work from home environment - structured work days

Minpunten

- limited room to grow with changing systems and standards. it felt like you weren't allowed to grow due to lack of time, people and energy. -if you aren't useful anymore they'll just get rid of you and start over by outsourcing their operations to Cape Town - ungraceful in the delivery of bad news by HR and senior management. - senior management felt messy and focused on protecting themselves and the brand
