Get to work with smart, driven people on exciting projects. There are lots of opportunities and excellent training initiatives. I've heard people at JPL speak highly of their experience working with Mori affiliates (good reputation).

Minpunten

As an affiliate, there is sometimes a less favorable difference in benefits and what you have access to at JPL and/or NASA.

Management retaliates against those who document issues Technical leadership lacks basic competency Verbal termination reason contradicted written reason (red flag) Demanded deletion of all communications upon exit (evidence destruction?) Zero prior warnings before termination Ignored repeated concerns about impossible workload Hostile environment for those who push back They also messed up my tax registration in Washington State.
